My primary focus for the last twelve years has been web design & development. However, prior to that and frequently throughout the last eighteen years, I have had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of multimedia related projects. I can, and do on a regular basis, produce outstanding projects in the following areas:
Video & DVD
I have produced dozens of DVD projects. These engaging, eye-catching multimedia DVD presentations have a wide variety of applications. You can use them to celebrate a wide variety of special events, graduations, weddings, etc. My last project was an nine minute Marketing video. It included live video alpha keyed over a custom built 3D animation, an edited narration track layered over a background musical score, and a series of ‘snapshot’ type pictures used to tell of the historically significant events in the organization's background.
Electronic Presentations
Before I knew what the web was, I was a PowerPoint expert. For years I traveled the country with our company's senior staff, creating and supporting nearly all of their electronic presentation needs. I create all of my own backgrounds and templates using customized artwork so that my shows are always of the highest caliber.
Photo Restoration & Manipulation
Let's face it, some images need a little help. I have repaired dozens of old photographs, many cracked and faded with age, abuse and neglect. These irreplaceable treasures are given new life using the latest technologies and techniques.
Database Applications
Being certified in Microsoft's SQL Server Technology has given me exposure to wide variety of database applications. Many think of web sites and related technologies as being primarily for external marketing purposes. However, I have successfully built several applications for internal use. Some of the purposes have included to improve business processes, implement help desk tracking, provide detailed customer information for tech support purposes, and provide for project tracking and accountability.
